Kinetika Fitness Studio
Our Kinetika gym was refurbished in 2005 with new cardiovascular equipment and free weights. Its facilities now include:
- Range of cardiovascular, free and fixed weight equipment.
- TV screens.
- Instructors on hand to give support and guidance.
- Fully Air-conditioned.
- Separate Sauna's for male and female
Group exercise classes:
Our Group Exercise programme is designed to provide an excellent choice of classes for people of all ages, abilities and interests. Children's Birthday Parties

Junior Lifesaving
If you are aged between 7 and 14, can swim over 50 metres and have a good sense of humour then we have the course for you. Run by qualified Lifeguards in association with the Royal Life Saving society, Rookies is designed to help you save a life.
Junior Kinetika
An opportunity for 11-15 year olds to come down and use the cardiovascular and resistance equipment in our Kinetika gym. PAR-Q forms and inductions need to be completed and Parents & Guardians are also welcome to train with their children.
Monday to Friday 15.30-16.30
Saturday to Sunday 12.00-14.00

Swimming Lessons
A comprehensive selection of swimming lessons are available for all abilities from babies to adults. Our Swim Academy runs 36 weeks a year for junior and adult lessons (not pre-school) and is available on a block payment or direct debit.
