Investors in People is a national standard which sets out a level of good practice for the training and development of people to achieve business goals. We achieved Investors in People as a company in 2005, and we now have a continuous improvement plan that we are working towards to maintain our standards and look to improve them further so that our staff are able to progress their own abilities within their chosen career.
