Inclusive Fitness

Many of our Centres have been registered as part of the Inclusive Fitness Initiative (IFI), a Sport England Lottery Funded project that supports fitness facilities to become inclusive, catering for the needs of disabled and non-disabled people alike.

As part of their registration the Centres have made developments in terms of access to the centre (where required) and have bought some new fitness equipment in the gym that can be used by both disabled and non-disabled people.

Our instructors have received additional training to help customers to use our new IFI accredited equipment which will strengthen and tone muscle as well as help improve aerobic fitness.
